摘要
对湘钢2号高炉进行了破损调查研究,计算了炉缸侧壁炭砖残余厚度、死铁层深度和死料柱漂浮高度,同时测量了炉缸炭砖剩余厚度。研究结果表明,2号高炉死铁层深度为1.0~1.8m,远小于设计值,死料柱透液性变差,铁水环流进一步加剧,导致铁口区域炉缸侧壁侵蚀相当严重;3个铁口下方0.5~1.5m炭砖最薄处剩余厚度110mm,且炉缸圆周方向侵蚀非常不均匀,炉缸中心发生偏移。
An investigation was made on the damage of Xiangtan Steel’s No.2 BF hearth.The residual thickness of the carbon bricks on the hearth sidewall,the depth of the salamander and the floating height of the dead stock column were calculated,and the thickness of the residual carbon bricks of the hearth was measured.The investigation results show that the depth of the furnace salamander is only 1.0~1.8 m,which is much less than the designed depth;the liquid permeability of the dead column becomes worse,and the problem of edge circulation of hot metal is serious,resulting in severe erosion of the hearth side wall in the taphole area;Furthermore,the thickness of the residual carbon brick of the thinnest part 0.5~1.5 m below 3 tapholes is only 110 mm,and the erosion in the circumference of the hearth is uneven,leading to offset of the hearth center.
