摘要
胡锦涛陆海经济一体化思想是科学发展观的重要组成、胡锦涛经济思想的重要构成,也是马克思主义经济发展思想中国化的理论新成果。聚焦新世纪新阶段陆海经济一体化实现什么样的发展、怎样发展等重大问题,是在世纪之交、千年更替的重要历史时刻,从关乎中国经济发展前途的高度进行的战略思考;是自觉运用马克思主义自然观、实践观、群众观,对中国陆海经济一体化跨世纪发展新要求的统筹应对;是对陆海经济一体化的第一要务、核心、基本要求、根本方法的全新概括。这些都对推进新时代陆海经济一体化具有重要价值。
Hu Jintao's thought of economic integration is an important component of the Scientific Outlook on Development,an important component of Hu Jintao's economic thought,and a new theoretical achievement of the sinicization of Marxist economic development thought.Focusing on such important issues as what kind of development and how to develop land-sea economic integration in the new century and new stage is an important historical moment at the turn of the century and the turn of the Millennium,the strategic thinking from the perspective of the future of China's economic development is to consciously apply Marxist outlook on nature,practice,and the masses to respond to the new requirements of China's land-sea economic integration across the century It is a new summary of the first important task,core,basic requirement and fundamental method of the economic integration of land and sea.All these are of great value to promote the economic integration of land and sea in the new era.
