摘要
阐述农村配电网项目储备与立项的科学管理,优化城镇及农村地区的用电环境,提升电网建设的管理水平,从而实现物资的有效管理,农网工程顺利地按时按质投入运行。
This paper expounds the scientific management of project reserve and project approval, optimizes the power consumption environment in urban and rural areas, and improves the management level of power grid construction, so as to realize the effective management of materials, and the rural power grid project can be put into operation on time and with good quality.
