摘要
基于广州供电负荷密度极大,电网配调人员有限,需研究精益化管理手段,设计配网OMS(Operation Management System)系统应用。阐述实现综合管理城区郊区业务、逻辑关联综合停电、细化调度人员各项工作,从而精益求精,为广州供电局的配网系统的建设提供解决之道。
Due to the great load density of power supply in Guangzhou and the limited personnel of power grid dispatching,it is necessary to study the lean management method and design the application of OMS(operation management system) system.This paper expounds the realization of comprehensive management of suburban business,logic connection,comprehensive blackout,and detailed work of dispatching personnel,so as to keep improving and provide solutions for the construction of distribution network system of Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau.
