摘要
阐述某9E燃气轮机发电机组检修期间,发现转子励端线圈出现垫块松脱现象,其中部分垫块已摔落至匝间绝缘底部,分析发电机转子出现缺陷的原因、影响、处理方式。
This paper describes that during the maintenance of a 9 E gas turbine generator set,it is found that the pad of the excitation end coil of the rotor is loose,and some of the pad has fallen to the bottom of the turn to turn insulation.It analyzes the causes,effects and treatment methods of generator rotor defects.
