长尾潜蝇茧蜂触角超微形态与丰度比较 被引量:2

摘要 长尾潜蝇茧蜂Diachasmimorpha longicaudata是重要的橘小实蝇寄生蜂。本文用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察并比较了长尾潜蝇茧蜂雌、雄蜂触角感器的超微结构。扫描电镜观察发现,触角有7种类型的感器,即毛形感器、Böhm鬃毛、锥形感器、板形感器、鳞形感器、腔锥形感器和表皮孔。雌、雄蜂触角感器的基本类型、外观、丰度和分布趋势基本相同,但雌、雄蜂触角板状感器和腔锥形感器的结构、丰度和分布趋势上存在显著差异。 Diachasmimorpha longicaudata is an important biological control agent of the oriental fruit fly,Bactrocera dorsalis.This paper presents and compares the ultrastructure of female and male D.longicaudata antennae as observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The SEM investigation found that the antennae have seven types of sensilla,namely sensilla trichodea,Böhm bristles,sensilla basiconca,sensilla placodea,sensilla squamiformia,sensilla coeloclnica and epidermal pores.The basic type,appearance,number and measured data of the antennae and antennal segments were found to be roughly the same between male and female wasps,although there were some key differences in the distribution and the appearance of the sensilla placodea and sensilla coeloconica between males and females.
