摘要
目的:探讨滋阴养血补气法联合顺铂同步放疗对中晚期宫颈癌患者免疫功能的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将2017年7月—2019年7月125例中晚期宫颈癌患者分组,对照组62例给予顺铂+紫杉醇联合放疗治疗,观察组63例增加自拟滋阴养血补气汤。观察2组近期临床疗效、免疫功能、毒副反应及生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组近期临床疗效优于对照组;观察组体液免疫(IgA、IgM、IgG)及细胞免疫(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))较对照组高,免疫调节因子(TNF-α、IL-6)水平较对照组低;观察组毒副反应发生率较对照组低;观察组QOL评分较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义。结论:滋阴养血补气法联合顺铂同步放疗可通过调节中晚期宫颈癌患者免疫功能水平,降低毒副反应,提高近期疗效和生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Ziyin Yangxue Buqi method combined with cisplatin simultaneous radiotherapy on the immune function of patients with advanced cervical cancer.Methods:According to the random number table method,125 patients with advanced cervical cancer were divided into groups from July 2017 to July 2019.62 patients in the control group were treated with cisplatin + paclitaxel combined with radiotherapy,and 63 patients in the observation group were treated with self-made yin and nourishing blood.Tonic soup.Observe the short-term clinical efficacy,immune function,side effects and quality of life in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the observation group’s short-term clinical efficacy was better than that of the control group;the observation group’s humoral immunity (IgA,IgM,IgG) and cellular immunity (CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)) were higher than those of the control group,and the immunomodulatory factor (TNF-α),IL-6) level is lower than that of the control group;the incidence of side effects in the observation group is lower than that of the control group;the QOL score of the observation group is higher than that of the control group,and the differences are statistically significant.Conclusion:The method of Ziyin Yangxue Buqi method combined with cisplatin simultaneous radiotherapy can adjust the immune function level of patients with advanced cervical cancer,reduce toxic and side effects,and improve short-term curative effect and quality of life.
