摘要
目的:通过运用数据挖掘技术探讨近20年文献中中药治疗脑梗死恢复期用药特点及组方规律分析。方法:通过检索1999年~2019年在中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据服务平台(Wanfang Data)、维普数据库(VIP)等数据库中中医药治疗脑梗死恢复期的相关文献,建立电子信息库,经频次分析、关联规则分析、系统聚类等方面进行研究。结果:本研究共涉及303条方剂,220味中药,选取高频药物30味,以活血化瘀药、息风止痉药、补益药为主。药味以苦、甘、辛多见,药性以温、寒、平多见,归经以肝、脾、肾多见。关联规则分析得到二项关联规则8条,三项关联规则48条,聚类分析得到6类,因子分析提取11个公因子。结论:中药治疗脑梗死恢复期治疗以补气补血、化瘀活血、平抑肝阳、豁痰祛瘀为纲,并注重兼夹证的治疗,为临床治疗提供借鉴。
Objective:To explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine used in the literature for the treatment of cerebral infarction during the recovery period and analysis of the prescription rules by using data mining technology.Methods:The electronic information database was established by searching the relevant literature of Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction in the recovery period from 1999 to 2019 in the databases of CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP.,Through frequency analysis,association rule analysis,systematic clustering and other aspects of research.Results:This study involved a total of 303 prescriptions,220 Chinese medicines,30 high-frequency medicines were selected,mainly drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,anti-wind and antispasmodic drugs,and tonic drugs.The medicinal taste is more common in terms of bitter,sweet,and pungent,the medicinal properties are more common in warm,cold,and calm,and more common in the liver,spleen,and kidneys.The association rule analysis yields 8 binomial association rules and 48 three-term association rules,cluster analysis results in 6 categories,and factor analysis extracts 11 common factors.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of cerebral infarction during the recovery period is based on invigorating qi and blood,dissipating blood stasis and promoting blood circulation,suppressing liver yang,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis,and focusing on the treatment of combined syndromes,which can provide reference for clinical treatment.
