萨中开发区二类油层密井网合理流压界限研究

摘要 为了解决大庆油田萨中开发区二类油层进行井网加密调整后井间干扰严重、含水上升速度加快、开发效果变差,往前确定合理流压的方法已经满足不了当前的油田开发需要的问题,本文应用油藏数值模拟方法与油藏工程方法从注水量、注入压力、采油速度以及考虑泵效等角度研究了密井网的合理流压界限。结果表明:相同含水率情况下,油井合理流压随井距的增加而减小。以开发区含水93%为例,保持原始地层压力开发时,106 m井距对应的合理流压界限为3.9-6.4 MPa,175 m井距所对应的合理流压界限为3.0-5.0 MPa,符合研究结果。最后,应用多元回归分析方法建立了考虑井距和含水率的水驱合理流压界限计算模型,计算结果与数值模拟预测结果相对误差小于10%。通过对萨葡油层Z41-13井的分析可以看出,按本文合理流压界限研究模拟计算后,区块含水率保持稳定,日产油量增加12.2%。 In order to solve the problem of serious interwell interference, fast water cut rising speed and poor development effect after well pattern infill adjustment in Sazhong oilfield, the previous method of determining reasonable flow pressure forward cannot meet the current needs of oilfield development, by using reservoir numerical simulation method and reservoir engineering method, the reasonable flow pressure limit of dense well pattern was studied from the aspects of water injection, injection pressure, oil production rate and pump efficiency. The results showed that the reasonable flow pressure decreased with the increase of well spacing under the same water cut. Taking 93% water cut in the development zone as an example, the reasonable flow pressure limit corresponding to 106 m well spacing was 3.9 - 6.4 MPa, and that corresponding to 175 m well spacing was 3.0 - 5.0 MPa, which was consistent with the research results. Finally, the multiple regression analysis method was used to establish the calculation model of reasonable flow pressure limit of water drive considering well spacing and water cut. The relative error between the calculation results and the prediction results of numerical simulation was less than 10%. Through the analysis of well z41-12 in Sapu oil layer, it was seen that the water cut of the block was stable and the daily oil production was increased by 19.5% according to the reasonable flow pressure limit determined in this paper.
