摘要
目的:评价江西特色中药饮片的预防方对新冠肺炎脾虚夹湿证的预防效果。方法:根据中医“五运六气”学说,对新冠肺炎进行中医辩证,结合江西环境特点,选用特色饮片炒薏苡仁(法意仁®)和茶芎组方(分别为“预防方A”和“预防方B”)。通过大规模的询证医学临床试验研究,对比新冠肺炎预防方使用前后使用者脾虚夹湿症状的变化,采用SPSS 22.0软件对试验结果进行统计分析。结果:预防方A和B对新冠肺炎脾虚夹湿证均有很好的预防效果,且随着服用时间的增加效果更好。结论:以江西特色中药饮片炒薏苡仁(法意仁®)和茶芎进行组方配伍,对新冠肺炎脾虚夹湿证具有很好的预防作用。
Objective:To evaluate the preventive effect of Jiangxi traditional Chinese medicine decoction on COVID-19 syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness.Methods:By the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)"Five Elements Motion and Six Kinds of Natural Factors"theories,in TCM syndrome differentiation,combined with the environment in Jiangxi,we designed the COVID-19 prevention prescription("preventive prescription A"and"preventive prescription B"),which is made up of Characteristic Herbal pieces Fried Semen Coicis(Fayiren®)and Ligusticum sinense.After the evidence-based medicine clinic reserch on a large range,statistical analysis of the score by using SPSS 22.0 software.Results:Preventive prescription A and B have good prevention effect on COVID-19 Syndrome of dampness due to spleen deficiency,and with the increase of taking time is better.Conclusion:The prescriptions containing Characteristic Herbal pieces Fried Semen Coicis(Fayiren®)and Ligusticum sinense has a better preventive effect on COVID-19 Syndrome of dampnessduetospleen deficiency.
