浅议光油固化程度检测方法

摘要 光油固化程度不同,包装印刷品的表面硬度、耐摩擦划痕、摩擦系数、光泽、附着力等性能均有显著差异。以卷烟商标纸为例,高速卷烟自动包装机要求印刷品表面硬度、动/静摩擦系数必须控制稳定在一定范围。因此光油固化程度的控制与检测是控制印刷品质量一致性和稳定性的基础,但一直缺乏有效的检测办法。本文从光油固化产物的角度出发,归纳评述了光油固化程度常用的几种检测方法及其特点,以期抛转引玉,为寻求更简便有效的光油固化程度检测方法提供参考。 The surface hardness,scratch resistance,friction coefficient,gloss and adhesion of the printed outer packing are significantly different with different curing degree of varnish.Taking cigarette brand paper as an example,its surface hardness and dynamic/static friction coefficient of printed must be controlled and stabilized within a certain range so as to meet the requirements of high speed automatic packaging machine.Therefore,the control and detection of curing degree of varnish is the basis of controlling the consistency and stability of printing quality,but there has been a lack of effective detection methods.In this paper,from the point of view of curing products of varnish,several common detection methods and their characteristics of curing degree of varnish were summarized and reviewed.It provides a reference for finding a more simple and effective method to detect the curing degree of varnish.
