摘要
基于铁路贯通地线的由来和发展,对比了现有贯通地线产品的优缺点,并提出了新型产品柔性石墨铁路贯通地线。通过对新产品的试验和测试,分析柔性石墨贯通地线的耐腐蚀性、阻燃性、通流性、温升性能、抗拉性、土壤接触性能和冲击散流性能等技术性能,并介绍新型地线的使用方法和现场试用情况。
Based on the origin and development of transverse ground wires for railways,the paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of existing transverse ground wire products,and puts forward a new type of ground wires:fl exible graphite wires.Through tests on this new product,the paper analyzes its technical properties,such as corrosion resistance,fi re resistance,current carrying capacity,temperature rise performance,tensile property,soil contact performance as well as impact and dissipation performance,and introduces its usage and fi eld application.
