摘要
对比了先进行人腿型碰撞器(aPLI)与柔性腿型碰撞器(FlexPLI)在结构上的差异,在此基础上分析了2种腿型碰撞器在响应机理和伤害指标上差异的内在原因,并进一步分析了aPLI腿型与车辆碰撞响应特性,总结了不同类型车辆的aPLI腿型试验结果的潜在规律,即轿车的最大大腿弯矩、最大小腿弯矩和内侧副韧带(MCL)伸长量普遍高于SUV车型,最后,针对aPLI腿型与不同类型车辆的碰撞响应特性提出了aPLI腿型开发策略。
In this paper,the structural differences between advanced Pedestrian Legform Impactor(aPLI)and Flexible Pedestrian Legform Impactor(FlexPLI)are compared.On this basis,the internal causes for the differences in response mechanism and injury indicators between the two legform impactors are analyzed,the collision response characteristics of aPLI legform and vehicle are further analyzed,and the potential rules of the aPLI legform test results of different types of vehicles are summarized,i.e.the maximum thigh bending moment,the minimum shank bending moment and elongation of Medial Collateral Ligament(MCL)are generally higher than those of SUV.Finally,aPLI legform development strategy is proposed for the collision response characteristic between aPLI legform and different types of vehicles.
