摘要
在喷漆废水环境治理过程中,通过添加两种不同体系药剂——ZL自制漆雾絮凝剂及传统漆雾捕捉AB剂,观察漆雾絮凝效果、反应时间及产渣量。试验发现,ZL漆雾絮凝剂对漆渣的絮凝效果及净水效果均好于传统漆雾捕捉AB剂,废水处理后经水质检测,ZL漆雾絮凝剂对COD及SS的去除率分别达96.5%和81.4%,传统漆雾捕捉AB剂对COD及SS的去除率分别为74.9%和79.9%。
The flocculation effect,reaction time and slag production were observed by adding two different system agents,ZL self-made paint spray flocculant and traditional paint mist capture AB agent.It was found that the flocculation effect and water purification effect of ZL paint spray flocculant on paint residue were better than that of traditional mist capture AB agent.After wastewater treatment,the removal rate of COD and SS by ZL paint spray flocculant reached 96.5%and 81.4%,respectively,and the removal rate of COD and SS by traditional mist capture AB agent reached 74.9%and 79.9%respectively.
