摘要
目前继电保护装置可靠性评估方法不能确定评估语集隶属度函数,导致继电保护装置可靠性评估的精度较低,为此提出基于状态监测的继电保护装置可靠性评估方法。根据状态监测系统的继电保护装置运行状态的基本数据,建立可靠性评估指标体系,确定评估语集以及隶属度函数;采用模糊层次分析法,建立可靠性评估矩阵,计算可靠性评估指标权重,实现继电保护装置可靠性的评估。实验结果表明:设计方法得到的评估指标权重计算结果一致性通过率更高,具有较高的评估精度。
At present,the reliability evaluation method of relay protection device can not determine the membership function of evaluation language set,which leads to low accuracy of reliability evaluation of relay protection device.Therefore,a reliability evaluation method of relay protection device based on condition monitoring is proposed.According to the basic data of relay protection device operation state of condition monitoring system,the reliability evaluation index system is established,the evaluation language set and membership function are determined;the reliability evaluation matrix is established by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,and the weight of reliability evaluation index is calculated to realize the reliability evaluation of relay protection device.The experimental results show that the design method has higher consistency passing rate and higher evaluation accuracy.
