在环保工作备受关注的今天,火力发电厂也开始积极地增设了诸多的脱销设备,本文将重点概述火力发电厂脱硝技术的实际工艺流程,介绍具体的工作实践中氨逃逸的测量方式和基本的原理,阐述氨逃逸量较大时所能产生的危害,结合NH4HSO4的生成原理,分析空预器堵塞的主要原因,制定出科学的解决办法。
Today,when environmental protection work has attracted much attention,thermal power plants have also begun to actively add many out-of-stock equipment.This article will focus on the actual process flow of thermal power plant denitration technology and introduce the measurement methods of ammonia escape in specific work practices.And the basic principle,expound the hazards that can be caused when the ammonia escape is large,combined with the generation principle of NH4HSO4,analyze the main reason for the blockage of the air preheater,and develop a scientific solution.
