摘要
地方应用型本科院校公租房关系着年轻教师的日常工作和生活,也关系着学校的稳定发展。在探索地方应用型本科院校公租房居住路径方面,需要明确学校公租房的概念、公租房分配原则,并结合其分配原则,针对公租房存在的住房有限、资金有限以及缺乏动态管理等问题,采取统筹管理、优化住房资源配置、多方位筹集公租房资金、继续加强公租房动态管理等措施,进一步为年轻教师提供良好的住房保障。
The public rental housing of local application-oriented colleges is related to the daily life of young teachers and their work and so on that is also related to the stable development of schools.Exploring the route of local application-oriented colleges it needs to redefine the school public housing concept definition,the public Rental Housing’s allocation principles,combined with its distribution principle,limited the public Rental Housing and financial resource and dynamic management etc.,taken as a whole management and optimized the allocation of housing resources,multidimensional in raising funds for the public Rental Housing,as well as continuing to improve the dynamic management measures such as further providing housing security system for young teachers.
