摘要
利用“技术—社会”的分析范式,系统梳理了乡村文化的重要价值。从农业生产、对外联络和社会交往方面明确了技术、社会、文化三者互构互塑的机制机理,厘清了乡村社会文化危机的影响和结果,分析得出:当前乡村面临集体衰落与合作缺失、人际淡化与利益至上、互信不足与道德滑坡、文化失效与社会失序的严峻局面。进而,基于乡村振兴和社会治理视角,从乡村文化价值的重拾、社会有机共同体的构建、文化振兴物质基础的夯实、传统文化的传承与发扬四个维度提出具体建议,以现代技术和乡村文化的良性互动促进乡村社会朝着活力、有序、幸福的善治目标稳步行进。
The paper systematically combs the important value of rural culture using the analytical paradigm of "technology-society".Additionally,the constructional and influential mechanism of technology,society and culture is identified from the aspects of agricultural production,external liaison and social communication and the influence and result of social and cultural crisis in rural areas are clarified It is concluded that the countryside is facing the severe situation of collective decline,lack of cooperation,interpersonal desalination,benefit supremacy,lack of mutual trust,moral decline,cultural failure and social disorder.Then,based on the perspective of rural revitalization and social governance,concrete suggestions are put forward from four dimensions:the restoration of rural cultural value,the construction of social organic community,the consolidation of material foundation of cultural revitalization and the inheritance and development of traditional culture.Thus,with the benign interaction of modern technology and rural culture,the rural society will be a vigorous, orderly and happy one under the good governance.
