摘要
基于社会学习理论,考察责任型领导对员工亲环境行为的影响机制,并检验员工感知企业环境责任的中介作用。儒家和道家文化作为中国传统文化的精髓,对个体行为影响深远,将儒家和道家工作价值观纳入研究框架,探讨其在上述关系中的调节作用。实证结果表明:责任型领导与员工亲环境行为显著正相关;员工感知企业环境责任完全中介责任型领导与员工亲环境行为之间的关系;儒家和道家工作价值观负向调节责任型领导与员工感知企业环境责任间关系,而在责任型领导与员工亲环境行为、员工感知企业环境责任与员工亲环境行为之间未起到显著的调节作用。
Based on the theory of social learning,this paper investigates the influence mechanism of responsible leadership on employees’pro-environmental behavior,and examines the mediating effect of corporate environmental responsibility perceived by employees.At the same time,Confucian and Taoist culture,as the essences of traditional Chinese culture,have a profound influence on individual behaviors.Confucian and Taoist work values are incorporated into the research framework to explore their regulating effects on the above relations.The empirical results show that:responsible leadership and employee’s pro-environmental behavior are significantly positively correlated;employees’perceived corporate environmental responsibility completely mediates the relationship between responsible leadership and employee’s environmental friendly behavior;Confucian and Taoist work values negatively regulate the relationship between responsible leadership and employees’perceived corporate environmental responsibility,while responsible leadership and employees’environmental friendly behavior and employees’perceived corporate environment are positively correlated.There is no significant moderating effect between environmental responsibility and employees’pro-environmental behavior.
