摘要
河北干部网络教育经过四年的发展取得了良好的效果,开辟了河北省"互联网+干部教育"的新局面。新时代,党中央对干部提出了新的要求,随着新媒体和新知识不断更新,干部学习积极性的迅速高涨,干部网络教育培训资源体系建设也面临着的新的问题和矛盾。从课程学习模式、课程体系、课程来源三个方面对干部网络课程资源建设现状进行了分析,采用2016-2019年32万学员学习大数据,对比分析平台试运行阶段与2017、2018、2019年度学员对课程的参与度、完成度、关注度变化。结果发现当前干部网络教育培训资源建设存在着课程体系需要合理补充、课程资源供给机制有待健全、课程模式欠缺灵活性和互动性、课程资源使用率和学习效果尚需提高、课程资源需要一体化设计等问题,并提出了应对策略,以期为满足全省干部的学习需求,构建一套更加开放、更具活力、更有实效的有河北特色的干部网络教育培训资源体系提供借鉴和参考。
Hebei cadre network education has achieved good results after four years of development,opening up a new situation of“Internet+cadre education”in Hebei province.In the new era,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has put forward new requirements for cadres.With the continuous renewal of new media and new knowledge and the rapid rise of cadres’learning enthusiasm,the construction of online cadre training resources system is also facing new problems and contradictions.This paper analyzes the current situation of cadre online course resources construction from three aspects:course learning mode,course system and course source.By using the big data of 320,000 students from 2016 to 2019,this study compares and analyzes the changes in students’participation,completion and attention in the platform trial stage with those in 2017,2018 and 2019.The results show that there are some problems like the need for a reasonable supplement of the curriculum system,the need to improve the supply mechanism of curriculum resources,the lack of flexibility and interaction of the curriculum model,the need to improve the utilization rate of curriculum resources and the learning effect,the need for curriculum resources integration design,etc.In the end,this study proposes some references for meeting the learning needs of cadres in the whole province and building a more open,dynamic and effective cadre network education resource system with its own characteristics.
