摘要
针对冷储备系统近似于热储备系统时可靠性评估结果受参数设置影响大的问题,构建了冷储备系统可靠性评估通用模型。从冷储备系统工作原理出发,根据模型假设确定了系统的不可靠度函数。在此基础上,对失效时间服从不同分布函数的冷储备系统,包括指数分布、正态分布和威布尔分布,推导了其不可靠度近似函数和精确函数。案例分析表明,当冷储备系统中储备元件数量增加时,通用模型与精确计算模型之间误差逐渐降低,进而大大简化了可靠性评估的计算过程,以便在工程实践中直接应用。
Aiming at the problem that the reliability assessment results of the cold reserve system can be greatly affected by parameters setting when it is similar to that of hot reserve system,a general reliability evaluation model of cold reserve system is established.Based on the operation principle of cold reserve system,the unreliability function of the system is determined according to the model hypothesis.On this basis,the approximate and exact unreliability functions of the cold reserve system with different failure time distribution functions,including exponential distribution,normal distribution and weibuu distributionthon.Case studies show that when the amount of reserve components in the cold reserve system increases,the relative errors between the general model and the exact model decrease gradually.And the general model can greatly simplify the calculation process in reliability assessment,which can be applied directly in practice.
