裂纹对工艺装备梁结构模态特性的影响

摘要 基于断裂力学理论和振动学理论推导了裂纹梁在受剪力和弯矩条件下的应力强度因子,并给出了梁结构在分别含有单边裂纹和双边裂纹情况下的柔度系数计算公式;结合振动微分方程,分析了裂纹对悬臂梁振动特性的影响。结果表明:不论是单边裂纹还是双边裂纹,裂纹位置和裂纹深度对悬臂梁固有频率的影响趋势是相同的,但悬臂梁的固有频率对不同裂纹类型的敏感程度并不相同,当裂纹深度相同时,单边裂纹梁和双边裂纹梁固有频率的差值最高可达1 705倍。 In this paper,the stress intensity factor of the cracked beam under shear and bending moment is deduced based on the theory of fracture mechanics and vibration,and the flexibility coefficient of the single-side crack and the double-side crack are given.Then,the impact of the crack on the modal characteristics of the cantilever beam is analyzed combined with the vibration differential equation.The results indicate that the impact trend of crack location and crack depth on the natural frequency of cantilever beam is the same whether it is single-side crack or double-side crack,but natural frequency is more sensitive to crack type.When the crack depth is the same,the maximum difference between the natural frequencies of beam with single-side crack and double-side crack is 1705 times the minimum difference.
