基于企业运营角度的健康食品类产品普及路径研究

摘要 21世纪是人类追求健康的世纪,是健康管理的新时代。在这样的背景下,健康食品类产品的普及成了一个重要的课题。健康食品可以分类为碳水化合物类、蛋白质类、混合类三类。研究通过思考健康食品类产品普及的主要问题,发现企业运营对健康食品的普及发挥着重要作用。基于这个角度,从消费者需求端、产品属性端、价值链端出发构建健康食品类产品普及思路,通过分析数据来构建各类健康产品普及时合理的路径。 The 21 st century is a century in which mankind pursues health and a new era of health management.Under such a circumstance, the popularization of health food products has become an important issue.Health foods can be classified into three categories: carbohydrates、protein、and mixed.This research considers the main issues of the popularization of healthy food products and finds that business operations play an important role in the popularization of healthy foods.Based on this perspective, build a healthy food product popularization idea from the consumer demand side、the product attribute side、and the value chain side.And by analyzing data to construct a reasonable path for the popularization of various health products.
