摘要
为明确云南省元阳县大型真菌资源状况,运用样地法、样线法以及随机调查相结合初步调查了云南省元阳县大型真菌的物种多样性并进行资源评价。结果表明:县域内分布有大型真菌170种,隶属于2门,7纲,13目,36科,88属。食用菌71种,药用菌32种(包含食用兼药用菌25种),毒菌31种。大型真菌区系分布分析的结果表明,云南省元阳县发现的大型真菌主要为世界分布属。在亲缘关系上与四川盆地比较接近,但与广东南岭和重庆大巴山也表现出较高的相似性,这说明元阳县大型真菌可能具有多个起源,所有相比较的地区中与贵州地区的区系较为疏远。本研究旨在明确元阳县大型真菌的食、药、毒菌资源,为开发利用、科学研究奠定基础。
In order to clarify the status of macrofungi resources in Yuanyang county,Yunnan province,a combination method of plot,line and random survey was used to initially investigate the species diversity and resource evaluation of macrofungi in Yuanyang county,Yunnan province.The results showed that there are 170 species of large fungi distributed in the county,belonging to 2 phyla,7 classes,13 orders,36 families,and 88 genera.Among them,there are 71 species of edible fungi,27 species of medicinal fungi(including 20 species of both edible and medicinal fungi),and 31 species of poisonous.The species account for 72.35%of the total identified macrofungi.The analysis of the flora distribution of macrofungi shows that the macrofungi found in Yuanyang county are mainly genus of the world-distributed genera.It is relatively close to the Sichuan Basin in terms of genetic relationship,but also shows high similarities with Nanling,Guangdong and Daba Mountain in Chongqing,which indicates that the macrofungi in Yuanyang county may have multiple origins,and among all the compared regions,the flora in studied area is relatively far distant from that in the Guizhou region.This research aims to clarify the food,medicine,and toxin resources of large fungi in Yuanyang county,and lay the foundation for development,utilization and scientific research of the macrofungi in Yuanyang county.
