摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展、人口老龄化的加剧以及建筑业绿色可持续发展理念的持续推进,装配式建筑应运而生,钢结构是装配式建筑的发展方向。论文总结目前我国装配式钢结构发展面临的问题,从完善相关政策、构建技术标准体系、加强产业协作等方面提出对策建议,以期推动装配式钢结构的可持续发展,促进建筑业的转型升级。
With the rapid development of China’s economy,the aggravation of the aging of the population and the continuous promotion of the concept of green and sustainable development of the construction industry,the prefabricated building emerges at the historic moment,and steel structure is the development direction of the prefabricated building.This paper summarizes the problems faced by the development of prefabricated steel structure in China,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving relevant policies,constructing technical standard system and strengthening industrial cooperation,so as to promote the sustainable development of prefabricated steel structure and the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
