摘要
随着互联网、信息技术的不断发展,人们的生活与工作方式发生了翻天覆地的变化,在档案资源共享与管理体系方面亦是如此。云技术的广泛应用与推广为公司内部档案馆实现档案资源信息的共享奠定了基础,同时,有利于对公司档案资源进行科学管理。因此,论文围绕云技术中档案资源的共享与管理体系的构建展开论述,以此推动档案资源管理的完善[1]。
With the continuous development of internet and information technology,people’s way of life and work has undergone great changes,as well as in the sharing and management system of archives resources.The wide application and promotion of cloud technology provides the basis for the companies’internal archives to realize the sharing of the information of archives resources,and it is conducive to the scientific management of the companies’archives resources.Therefore,this paper discusses the sharing and management system construction of archives resources in cloud technology,so as to promote the improvement of archives resources management[1].
