Objective:To observe and compare the influence of different operation methods for serum chemokines and selectin expression of patients with radical resection for lung cancer.Method:A total of 90 patients with radical resection for lung cancer from February 2017 to December 2019 were chosen for the study, and they were randomly divided into group A(open operation)and group B(thoracoscopic operation)with 45 cases in each group. The pain degree(VAS score)at different time after the operation, serum inflammatory mediators, chemokines and selectin expression before and after the operation of two groups were compared.Result:The VAS scores of group B at 6 h,12 h,24 h and 72 h after the operation were significantly lower than those of group A,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The serum inflammatory mediators, chemokines and selectin expression of two groups before the operation were compared, there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);the serum inflammatory mediators, chemokines and selectin expression of group B at 1,3 and 5 d after the operation were significantly lower than those of group A,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer has less perioperative pain, better control of inflammatory cytokines, serum chemokines and selectin, and higher clinical application value.
