摘要
[目的]为筛选猕猴桃叶斑病的防治药剂。[方法]采用菌丝生长速率法测定11种药剂对可可毛色二孢菌的室内生物活性,筛选6种抑菌效果较好的药剂进行田间药效试验。[结果]29%吡萘·嘧菌酯SC、36%喹啉·戊唑醇SC对该菌的抑制效果最强,EC_(50)值分别为0.1826、0.6338 mg/L,田间防效分别为78.88%、77.94%,同时提高猕猴桃单果质量。[结论]29%吡萘·嘧菌酯SC和36%喹啉·戊唑醇SC可以作为有效药剂开展猕猴桃叶斑病的防治。
[Aims] This study aims to screen out effective fungicides for control of kiwifruit leaf spot disease.[Methods] Mycelium growth rate method was used to determine the indoor toxicity of 11 fungicides against Lasiodiplodia theobromae, six fungicides with high bacteriostatic effect were selected for field efficacy test.[Results] The isopyrazam·azoxystrobin 29% SC and oxine-copper·tebuconazole 36% SC showed the strongest inhibitory effect to L. theobromae, with EC_(50) values of 0.1826, 0.6338 mg/L, and field control effects of 78.88, 77.94%,respectively, and improved single fruit mass of kiwifruit. [Conclusions] Isopyrazam·azoxystrobin 29% SC and xine-copper·tebuconazole 36% SC can be used for controlling kiwifruit leaf spot disease in field.
