摘要
文章以"未来城市发展建筑设计分论坛暨良渚文化村20周年实践与探索研讨"为契机,回顾了良渚文化村的发展成就、要素及演化历程,从"田园城市"理论解读的现实性、新城运营的持续性及住区发展的创新性对良渚文化村的现实状况提出问题与反思。在此基础上,展望了田园新城与理想住区的未来图景,引出对良渚文化村在新时空背景下人与社会、人与土地、住区与城市关系的再思考。
Taking the convening of the"Sub-forum on Architectural Design of Future Urban Development and Practice and Exploration of the 20 th Anniversary of Liangzhu New Town"as an opportunity,this paper reviews the achievements,elements,and development process of the Liangzhu New Town,raising the issues around and reflecting on the reality in implementing the Liangzhu New Town in terms of the practicality in interpreting the theory of"Garden City",the continuity of the new town operation,and the innovation in residential housing development.It further projects the future of the new garden city and the ideal residential housing,leading to the rethinking of the relationship between people and society,people and land,and residential area and city in the new spatial and temporal context.
