摘要
在信息化大力发展的背景下,越来越多的新技术在工程建设领域得到了应用,BIM技术就是其中最具代表性的一个。将BIM建设应用到工程造价管理中,可以提高工程造价数据计算的精确性与时效性,对解决轨道交通工程结构复杂且工程量大的问题有很大的帮助。另外,在保证工程项目施工质量的同时,能实现项目造价的有效控制。论文从BIM技术在工程造价管理中的意义出发,对其在工程建设各个阶段造价管理中的应用进行了分析和讨论。
With the rapid development of information technology,more and more new technologies have been applied in the field of engineering construction,among which BIM technology is the most representative one.Applying BIM construction to project cost management can improve the accuracy and timeliness of project cost data calculation,and it is of great help to solve the problems of complex structure and large amount of project of rail transit engineering.In addition,while ensuring the construction quality of the project,it can realize the effective control of the project cost.Based on the significance of BIM technology in engineering cost management,the paper analyzes and discusses its application in each stage of engineering construction cost management.
