B列酸性水汽提装置扩能改造及优化分析

摘要 某炼化公司油品质量升级,新增1套加氢裂化装置,增加了约35 t/h的酸性水,导致原有的酸性水汽提装置的处理能力无法满足生产要求。在汽提塔塔径不变的条件下,通过更换塔盘、改变汽提塔塔顶冷凝回流形式、改造换热网路等措施,该装置处理能力由70 t/h扩至120 t/h。工业运行结果表明:该装置运行平稳,产品质量合格,单位能耗较改造前降低124.33 MJ/t。 In order to upgrading the oil product quality in some refining and chemical company,a new hydrocracking unit was added and about 35 t/h sour water was added,the original sour water stripping unit was unable to meet the requirements.Under the condition of constant stripper diameter,capacity of the stripper was increased from 70 t/h to 120 t/h by the measures such as replacement of tray,change of condensation reflux form at top of the stripper and reform on the heat exchange network and etc.The industrial operation results showed that the unit operation was stable,product quality was up to standard,the unit energy consumption was reduced by 124.33 MJ/t.
