摘要
根据间歇实验、连续流实验、工程运行情况评估了机械搅拌方式下铁碳微电解还原硝基苯的效果及稳定性。结果表明:采用机械搅拌方式,硝基苯去除率可达到90%以上,较曝气搅拌方式提高了约10%。硝基苯的还原符合一级动力学,机械搅拌下反应速率常数为0.554 h^(-1),是曝气搅拌反应速率的1.8倍。反应后废水ORP由690.3 mV稳定降至100 mV以下,达到水解酸化的适宜条件。工程运行中,机械搅拌方式下铁碳微电解单元硝基苯的去除率在88%~97%,去除效果稳定。
The reduction effect and stability under mechanical agitation on the nitrobenzene by iron-carbon microelectrolysis were evaluated via batch experiment,continuous flow tests and engineering operation.The results showed that the removal rate of nitrobenzene under mechanical agitation could reach more than 90%,which was 10%higher than that of aeration stirring method.The reduction of nitrobenzene met first-order kinetics.The rate constant under mechanical agitation was 0.554 h-1,which was 1.8 times higher than that of aeration stirring.After the reaction,the wastewater ORP decreased from 690.3 m V to below 100 m V,which reached the suitable condition of the hydrolytic acidification.Engineering operation data showed that the removal rate of nitrobenzene reaches 88%-97%under mechanical agitation with stable removal effects.
