摘要
中国石化是中国最大的一体化能源化工特大型企业,为实施内部控制化解工程项目管理的六大主要风险,出台了完整有效的管控制度和措施。文章结合工作实践阐述落实和实施相关保证措施的思路和建议。
Sinopec is the largest integrated energy and chemical enterprise in China.In order to implement internal control and resolve the six major risks of project management,complete and effective management and control system and measures have been introduced.Combined with the work practice,this paper expounds the ideas and suggestions of implementing and implementing the relevant assurance measures.
