摘要
直线塔是输电线路最为常见、用量最大的塔型,其安全性和经济性对工程建设至关重要。国外某500kV双回路直线塔按照美标ASCE—10标准设计,为验证其设计合理性和安全性,选取大风、断线、紧线运维等6个典型工况进行真型试验,并对比分析了试验结果与理论计算结果的异同。试验结果表明,铁塔在超载至107%时发生倒塔破坏,符合设计预期。对铁塔设计提出改进建议,为类似工程铁塔设计提供参考。
Suspension tower is the most common and largest amount tower type for transmission lines,whose security and economy is very important to project construction.In order to verify the rationality and security of the 500 kV double-circuit suspension tower which designed following the ASCE-10 American standard,it selects 6 typical operation conditions including strong wind,broken conductor,and the operation and maintenance of conductor tightening for full-scale test and comparative analysis.The similarities and differences between the experimental results and the theoretical calculation results are discussed.The experimental result shows that the tower collapses when the overload reaches 107%,which meets the design expectations.Suggest on the improvements of the tower design are proposed to provide references for the tower design of similar projects.
