摘要
腰痛病是针灸临床的常见病、多发病。文献有“厥阴之脉令人腰痛”之阐述,本研究从足厥阴肝经生理功能、经脉分支络属与经络主治等方面论述了肝经与腰痛病之间的密切联系,以系统解释肝经腰痛的发病机制,为临床上治疗腰痛病提供新思路。
Low back pain is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice of acupuncture and moxibustion.This study discussed the relationship between Liver Meridian of Foot Jueyin and low back pain in terms of the physiological function of Liver Meridian of Foot Jueyin,its channels and collaterals and the indications of the meridian.It explained the pathogenesis of lower back pain caused by Liver meridian and provide a new thought for the treatment of the disease.
