磨浮新工艺在石墨矿选矿中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在石墨矿选矿工艺中,磨浮工艺对浮选结果有极其重大的影响,为了高效利用石墨矿资源,对黑龙江某石墨进行不同磨浮工艺的对比研究。研究结果表明,在粗磨磨矿细度为-0.15 mm占60%的条件下,粗精矿三次再磨三次精选后筛分分级出+0.15 mm精矿,-0.15 mm产品经3次再磨5次精选后获得-0.15 mm精矿。+0.15 mm精矿产品固定碳含量91.50%,回收率37.60%;-0.15 mm精矿产品固定碳含量92.05%,回收率57.13%,合计精矿总定碳回收率94.73%,相比常规流程,精矿预先分离工艺可以有效保护大鳞片石墨,提高资源利用率。 In the process of graphite ore processing,the grinding and floating process has a very important influence on the flotation results,in order to utilize graphite mineral resources efficiently,a comparative study of a graphite in Heilongjiang is carried out.The experimental results show that under the condition that the fineness of the rough mill ore is-0.15 mm accounting for 60%,the coarse concentrate three times the selection after the screening graded out of the fine ore,and the-0.15 mm product obtains the-0.15 mm concentrate after three re-grinding 5 selections.The fixed carbon content of the 0.15 mm concentrate products is 91.50%,the recovery rate is 37.60%,the fixed carbon content of the-0.15 mm concentrate product is 92.05%,the recovery rate is 57.13%,the total fixed carbon recovery rate of concentrate is 94.73%,compared to the conventional process,concentrate pre-separation process can protect large scale graphite effectively,improve the utilization rate of resources.
