摘要
针对某地区紧急情况出现时,无法确定当前周围应急短波广播台站可用性问题,提出一种以地理信息系统为基础的短波二维可视化应急预警模块,并与短波可靠性预测计算模型组合应用。以广电总局监管中心提供的测试数据作为对象,利用短波链路可靠性(BCR)链路预测模型,预测出目标应急点范围的所有台站的BCR及信噪比(S/N)值,在地图上可视化显示,并对所有时段中所有台站的BCR及S/N值分类整合、分别形成折线图;对目标时间段内数据分别设定阈值通道,并对可用台站的信号强度进行分析。最终根据极差极值确定当前时段的满足信噪比及可靠性的最低要求的可用台站信息。实验结果表明,该方法能成功地对应急地区的短波广播信号进行预测分析,获得特定时间、特定地点的可接收到的台站信息,实现目标区域短波广播的可靠性检验及应急需求。
Aiming at the problem that the availability of emergency short-wave broadcasting stations around the area cannot be determined when an emergency occurs in a certain area,a short-wave two-dimensional visual emergency warning module based on Geographic Information System(GIS)is designed and combined with the shortwave reliability prediction calculation model.Taking the test data provided by the Supervision Center of the State Administration of Radio,Film and Television as the object,using the shortwave Basic Circuit Reliability(BCR)link prediction model to predict the link reliability BCR and Signal-to-Noise ratio(S/N)values of all stations at the target emergency point.The above visual display and classification and integration of the link reliability S/N and BCR values of all stations in all time periods form a line graph,respectively,set threshold channels for the data in the target time period and make available.The signal strength of the station is analyzed.In the end,the available station information that meets the minimum requirements of S/N and BCR in the current period is determined based on the extreme value of the range.This method successfully predicts and analyzes the shortwave broadcast signal in the emergency area,obtains the information of the stations that can be received at a specific time and place,and realizes the reliability test and emergency requirements of the shortwave broadcast in the target area.
