可见光响应g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ag_(3)PO_(4) Ⅱ型异质结的调控制备及其光催化活性研究 被引量:4

摘要 结合溶剂热和原位沉积法合成了一系列可见光驱动g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ag_(3)PO_(4)(CN-A1,CN-A2,CN-A3)Ⅱ型异质结光催化剂.合成的CN-A异质结呈纳米棒状结构,其中g-C_(3)N_(4)纳米棒作为负载Ag_(3)PO_(4)粒子的载体.制备的CN-A异质结光催化剂对可见光有较强的吸收能力.以罗丹明B为模拟污染物进行的光催化测试表明,CN-A2光催化剂在所有被测试的样品中表现出最高活性.在可见光照射60 min后,RhB的光降解率达到95%.此外,CN-A2光催化剂在5次循环光催化测试中的催化能力没有明显的降低,对RhB的降解率仍高达80%,说明CN-A2光催化剂具有良好的稳定性.CN-A2光催化剂具有优异性能的主要原因是可见光响应能力的增强和光生电荷载流子分离率的提高. A visible-light-driven g-C_(3)N_(4)/Ag_(3)PO_(4)(CN-A1,CN-A2,CN-A3)typeⅡheterojunction was synthesized by a facile and green method.The as-synthesized CN-A heterojunction have a well-defined nanostructure in which g-C_(3)N_(4) nanorod as carrier for the growth of Ag_(3)PO_(4) particles.The photocatalytic test,in which rhodamine B(RhB)was chosen as a simulated pollutant,showed the CN-A2 sample possessed the best activity among all tested products,and the photo-degradation rate of RhB reached 95%after visible light irradiation of 60 min.Moreover,the photocatalytic ability of CN-A2 photocatalysts in 5 cycles photocatalytic tests was not significantly reduced,and the degradation rate of RhB still reached 80%,indicating that CN-A2 photocatalysts had good stability.The excellent performance of CN-A2 photocatalyst was mainly attributed to the enhanced visible light response ability and the efficient photo-generated charge separation.
