摘要
某石化企业装置检修期间,污水处理系统发生严重波动,通过分析污水中的VOCs和金属含量,对比装置检修期间钝化剂溶液的组成,确定污水处理系统发生波动的原因为大量含有强氧化性高锰酸钾的钝化剂溶液进入污水处理系统,导致菌群破坏,无法进行正常的水质净化工作。根据菌群破坏原因,提出严格控制源头排放,特殊时期污水集中处理以及菌群快速恢复的建议。
During the plant overhaul of a petrochemical plant,the sewage treatment system fluctuated seriously.By analyzing the VOCs and metal contents in the sewage,and comparing the composition of passivator solution,it was determined that a large amount of passivator solution which containedstrong oxidizing permanganate entering the sewage treatment system,resulting the destruction of bacterial colony and the inability to carry out normal water purification.According to the reasons of bacterial colony destruction,the suggestion was to strictly control the source discharge,centralize treatment of sewage during the special period and restore the bacterial colony rapidly.
