摘要
文物建筑保养维护是文物建筑保护工程中重要的一类,逐步受到社会的重视,但相关研究仍然十分匮乏。文章以深圳市龙岗区客家围屋西埔新居的外立面保养维护工程实践为例,通过现场勘察,分析了文物建筑西埔新居的现状问题,提出了文物建筑立面保养维护和周边环境整治策略与措施,探讨了如何在保护文物的同时延续原有的生活,并尝试提出相关的保护原则、技术做法、共商机制等方面建议,希望为文物建筑保养维护提供一些参考。
Cultural relic building maintenance is an important category of cultural relic building protection projects.It has gradually received attention from society,but related research is still very scarce.This paper took the practice of the maintenance and repair of the facade of the Xipu New House of Hakka enclosure in Longgang District,Shenzhen as an example.Through the site survey,the current situation of Xipu is analyzed.Based on the concept of daily maintenance,the paper proposed the strategies and measures to maintain the facade of the cultural relic building and environmental renovation,explored how to continue the original life while protecting the cultural relics,and tried to put forward related protection principles,technical practices,consultation mechanisms and other suggestions,hoping to provide some references for cultural relics building maintenance.
