摘要
对液体分离膜质检机构运营过程中业务受理、检验检测等关键环节的风险点进行了分析。介绍了我国液体分离膜产品近几年市场需求和发展现状,结合液体分离膜产品检测标准现状和样品特点,着重分析了膜产品质检机构合规运营中需要遵守的法律规定、行业规则、市场规律及容易被忽视的细节。提出了掌握规则、遵守规矩、熟悉规律的合规运营理念。该分析为液体分离膜质检机构规避风险,规范液体分离膜质检机构的合法合规运营,以及为液体分离膜的质量安全监管提供参考。
The risk points of key links such as business acceptance,inspection and detection in the operation process of liquid separation membrane quality inspection agency were analyzed.The market demand and development status of liquid separation membrane products in China in recent years were introduced.Combined with the current situation of testing standards for liquid separation membrane products and the characteristics of samples,the legal provisions,industry rules,market rules and easily ignored details in the compliance operation of membrane product quality inspection institutions were emphatically analyzed.The concept of compliance operation was put forward,which is to master the rules,abide by the rules and be familiar with the rules.The analysis provides a reference for the quality inspection institutions of liquid separation membrane to avoid risks,standardize the legal and compliance operation of the quality inspection institutions of liquid separation membrane,and provide a reference for the quality and safety supervision of liquid separation membrane.
