摘要
采用凝胶色谱法测定氟醚橡胶的相对分子质量及其分布。分别对单检测器(示差检测器)及三检测器(示差-光散射-黏度检测器)进行了方法研究。确立了以四氢呋喃为流动相,PLgel MIXED-B两柱串联,柱温为40℃,流量为1 mL/min的分析条件。利用本法测定聚苯乙烯标准物质的相对分子质量,测定值相对标准偏差均小于3%(n=6),数均相对分子质量相对误差小于10%,重均相对分子质量相对误差绝对值小于1%。
The molecular weight and distribution of fluoroether rubber were measured by gel permeation chromatography.Methods involved single-detector GPC(differential refractive index detector)and three-detector GPC(refractive index–light scattering–viscosity detectors)were studied.The experimental conditions were that the tetrahydrofuran as flow phase,flow rate of 1 mL/min.Two Plgel Mixed-B columns in series were used with column temperature of 40℃.The relative deviation for molecular weight of polystyrene standard material determined by two methods were less than 3%(n=6),the relative error of number average relative molecular mass was less than 10%,and the absolute value of the relative error of weight-average relative molecular mass was less than 1%.
