采用气浮+MBR工艺升级改造羽绒废水工程实例 被引量:1

摘要 针对羽绒水洗生产企业场地有限,采用“气浮-MBR”工艺进行了污水站技术改造。运行结果表明,在进水COD_(Cr)、BOD 5、SS分别为645 mg/L、208 mg/L、116 mg/L的情况下,出水COD_(Cr)、BOD 5、SS分别为20 mg/L、7.8 mg/L、13.3 mg/L,出水水质优于《羽绒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21901-2008)表3相关标准中的要求,处理出水95%以上回用于车间再生产、厂内绿化、冲厕等。实际运行成本仅为0.6元/m 3,年节约水费37.6万元。实现了废水循环利用,对其它升级改造废水处理工程具有一定的参考意义。 According to the limited site of down wash production enterprises,the"air floatation-aerobic MBR"process was adopted to carry out the technical renovation of sewage plant.The operation results showed that the effluent COD_(Cr),BOD 5 and SS were 20 mg/L,7.5 mg/L,13.3 mg/L,respectively when the influent COD_(Cr),BOD 5 and SS were 645 mg/L,208 mg/L,116 mg/L,respectively,the effluent quality was superior to the requirements in Table 3 of The Pollutant Discharge Standard of Down Industry Water(GB21901-2008).More than 95%of treated effluent was used for workshop reproduction,plant greening,flushing,and so on.The actual operating cost was only 0.6 yuan/m 3,and the annual water cost saving was¥324000.It realized the recycling of wastewater,which had a significant meaning for upgrageing and reforming wasterwater treatment project.
