摘要
主要是以尾叶香茶菜为原料,研究通过水蒸气蒸馏法(SD法)提取挥发油的方法,再对此挥发油通过气相色谱-质谱联用检测仪进行成分鉴定,并检测其抗炎作用。通过正交实验得到最佳提取工艺为加热温度60℃1 h,蒸馏6 h,得油率0.267%。通过气质联用鉴定出70个峰中的35个化合物,占色谱总馏出峰面积的52.76%。采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法对挥发油抗炎作用进行研究,针对小鼠耳朵涂抹二甲苯导致的肿胀,挥发油给药组剂量为0.030 mL·kg^(-1)时,抑制率是34.88%,剂量为0.070 mL·kg^(-1)时,抑制率分别为42.29%,挥发油为这两种剂量时,抑制效果最好,因此,香茶菜挥发油存在很好的消炎效果。
Taking Isodon excia(Maxin.)Hara as a raw material,the methods for extracting volatile oil by steam distillation(SD)were studied,and then the compositions of the volatile oil were identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),at the same time,the anti-inflammatory ability of the volatile oil was determined by Xylene inflammatory experiment.The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were heating temperature of 60℃for 1 h,distillation for 6 h,oil rate of 0.267%by orthogonal test.35 compounds out of 70 peaks were identified by GC-MS,accounting for 52.76%of the total distillation peak area.The anti-inflammatory effect of volatile oil from Isodon excia(Maxin.)Hara by Xylene inflammatory experiment was studied.Under the doses of 0.030 mL·kg^(-1) and 0.070 mL·kg^(-1),the volatile oil could inhibite remarkably the inflammation of mouse auricle by 34.87%and 42.28%,respectively,so the volatile oil of Isodon excisa had good effect of anti-inflammatory.
