摘要
针对梅钢3号烧结矿环形冷却运行过程存在的问题,从环保和节能两方面考虑,引进了烧结矿竖式冷却工艺。科学选择风量、优化配套锅炉设计,竖冷炉系统设备运行稳定、可靠,吨矿蒸汽回收稳定在92 kg/t、用风量仅为环冷机用风量的30%以下,实现总量减排;竖冷炉密闭冷却介质循环工艺的粉尘排放总量减少90.9%,粉尘排放总量减排效果显著。但余能回收水平较设计仍有较大差距,提出了后续改善措施。
In view of the problems existing in the ring cooling operation process of No.3 sinter of Meisteel,the vertical cooling process of sinter was introduced in consideration of environmental protection and energy saving.Through scientific selection of air volume and optimization of boiler design,the operation of vertical cooling furnace system equipment is stable and reliable,the recovery of steam per ton of ore is stable at 92 kg/t,and the air consumption is only less than 30%of that of circular cooler,so as to achieve total emission reduction.The total dust emission of closed cooling medium circulation process of vertical cooling furnace is reduced by 90.9%,and total dust emission reduction effect is remark⁃able.However,the level of residual energy recovery design is still lagged far behind.Some follow-up improvement measures are proposed.
