摘要
文章在分析北京市生态经济要素的地域分异规律和生态经济综合分异特征基础上,得出北京市生态经济区划方案。首先获取北京市大尺度的主要生态环境数据,运用GIS软件计算各乡镇的具体数值,并以此值作为区划的生态指标;其次是收集183个乡镇2017年的主要经济社会人口发展数据,按照要素真实情况,利用kr i g i ng法模拟形式找出要素变化情况,并以此作为社会经济要素划分的依据;最后通过生态环境背景值和社会经济指标值的叠置分析,并参考地形特征、人类主要活动方式、自然资源的分布状况以及土地利用方式等要素,兼顾行政区界,进行生态经济区划。以乡镇为单元对北京市进行生态经济区划,划分出3个一级生态经济区和9个二级生态经济亚区。由于地域自然条件和社会经济条件不同,土地利用类型呈现出从平原到山区、从市区到郊区的地域分布及结构特点。
Based on the analysis of the regional differentiation pattern of eco-economic factors and the comprehensive differentiation characteristics of eco-economy in Beijing,the article draws up an eco-economic zoning plan in Beijing.First of all,this paper obtains the primary eco-environmental data of Beijing on a large scale and uses the GIS software to calculate the specific value for each village and town,which are taken as eco-indicator for the zoning;secondly,this paper collects the data on the main economic and social demographic trends in the 183 villages and towns in 2017,which are based on the real situation of the factors,and uses the kriging method to find out the changes of the factors,which is used as a basis for the classification of the socioeconomic factors;finally,the eco-economic zoning has been carried out by overlaying the eco-environment background value and the socioeconomic index value,taking into account the topographical features,the main human activities,the distribution of natural resources,land use patterns,and other factors,giving consideration to administrative boundaries,to carry out the eco-economic regionalization.The eco-economic zoning in Beijing has been carried out with villages and towns as units,and has been divided into three primary eco-economic zones and nine secondary eco-economic sub-zones.Because the geographical natural conditions and social and economic conditions are different,the land use types show a regional distribution and structural characteristics from plains to mountains and from urban to suburb.
