摘要
勇于自我革命是中国共产党最鲜明的政治品格,也是其最大的优势所在。在新时代,以自我革命精神推进全面从严治党正以前所未有的规模和速度,有力而深刻地形塑着中国的政治和社会生活的基本面貌与样态,展现出一种价值观和一种道德观。其政治伦理意蕴主要包含:德法手段调节制度环境,伦理秩序规约生活形式,道德尺度衡量政治善恶,价值取向彰显人民至上。它所追求的道德性与秩序性是两个紧密相连的整体,其核心是一整套稳定、成熟的政治架构及内在机理。研究这种政治架构和内在机理,可以为推进全面从严治党提供一定的理论依据。对于新时代全面从严治党而言,如何理解和推进自我革命,我们认为必须回到自我革命的认知取向中,因为不管是理性之思,还是情感认同,它都是现实的政治道德行为不可或缺的。
The courage for self-revolution is the most striking political character and the greatest advantage of the Communist Party of China.In the new age,promoting full and strict governance over the Party with the spirit of self-revolution is now shaping the basic appearance and mode of China’s political and social life powerfully and profoundly at an unprecedented scale and speed,displaying a sense of values and morality.Its political-ethical meaning mainly includes the moral and legal approach that regulates the institutional environment,ethical order that stipulates the form of life,moral dimension that measures political behaviors,and value orientation that manifests“people supremacy”.The morality and order are a closely-connected whole,the core of which is a set of stable and mature political framework and internal mechanism.To study such political framework and internal mechanism will provide a certain theoretical basis for the promotion of full and strict governance over the party.As for the full and strict governance over the Party in the new age,we believe we still need to return to the cognitive orientation of self-revolution to understand and promote it,because both rational thinking and emotional identification are indispensable for practical political and moral behaviors.
