摘要
目的:探讨护患沟通技巧在小儿行电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术护理中的应用效果以及对小儿并发症发生的影响。方法:选取2018年1-12月于本院行电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术的203例患儿作为研究对象,根据不同护理方式将其分为对照组(n=101,给予常规护理模式)和观察组(n=102,在对照组的基础上加强护患沟通技巧)。比较两组护理前后血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))、氧分压(PaO_(2))及二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))。比较两组遵医依从性、并发症发生情况及患儿家属满意情况。结果:护理后,观察组SpO_(2)与PaO_(2)均高于对照组,而PaCO_(2)低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组遵医总依从率为95.10%高于对照组的84.16%(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为4.90%低于对照组的12.87%(P<0.05)。观察组家属总满意率为97.06%高于对照组的87.13%(P<0.05)。结论:在患儿行电子支气管镜肺泡灌洗术时采用护患沟通技巧干预,能有效改善患儿血气指标,并能显著提升患儿的治疗依从性,降低并发症发生率,提高患儿家属护理满意度,有利于改善护患关系,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective:To explore the application effect of nurse-patient communication skills in the nursing of children undergoing electronic bronchoscope bronchoalveolar lavage and its influence on the occurrence of complications in children.Method:A total of 203 children underwent electronic bronchoscope bronchoalveolar lavage in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into the control group(n=101,given routine nursing mode)and the observation group(n=102,given strengthening nurse-patient communication skills on the basis of the control group).Blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2)),oxygen partial pressure(PaO_(2))and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.The medical compliance,complications and family members satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,SpO_(2) and PaO_(2) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while PaCO_(2) was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total medical compliance rate in the observation group was 95.10%higher than 84.16%in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was 4.90%lower than 12.87%in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the observation group was 97.06%higher than 87.13%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of nurse-patient communication skills can effectively improve the blood gas index,significantly improve the treatment compliance of children,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the nursing satisfaction of children’s families,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and reduce medical disputes.
