摘要
针对高精度支架零件尺寸测量效率低、误差较大的问题,制作了测量工装,编制了测量程序,利用三坐标测量机进行测量,进而减小了测量误差,大幅提高了测量精度和效率。
Aiming at the problems of inefficiency of dimensional metrology and large error in measurement of the high-precision bracket part,a measuring tool was made,a measuring program was compiled,and a three-coordinate measuring machine was used to take the measurement,thereby measurement error was reduced,measurement accuracy and efficiency were greatly improved.
