摘要 为了研究张紧器与隔水管耦合作用下的自存作业窗及避台撤离时的紧急作业窗,基于隔水管悬挂模式下的横向振动特性,建立了隔水管与张紧器耦合振动动力学模型,采用有限差分法对方程进行了离散,利用边界条件和初始条件通过编程对模型进行求解。研究了海风和张紧器参数对隔水管自存作业窗的影响,分析了平台航速和海流角度对隔水管悬挂撤离时作业窗的影响。分析结果表明:在悬挂工况下,海面风速对隔水管横向振动位移有较大影响,但对隔水管应力影响不大;随着张紧器气瓶压力增大,隔水管横向位移减小,但隔水管应力变大;随着海风和张紧器气瓶压力变大,隔水管自存作业窗减小;平台航速大于0.22 m/s时,随着航速的增大,撤离作业窗海流角度减小。所得结论可为隔水管的悬挂操作提供理论指导。 In order to study the self-storage operation window under the coupling effect of the tensioner and the riser as well as the emergency operation window at the time of evacuation for avoiding typhoon, based on the lateral vibration characteristics under the riser suspension mode, the dynamic model of coupling vibration of the riser and the tensioner was built;the equation was discretized by the finite difference method, and the model was solved by programming on the basis of boundary conditions and initial conditions. The influence of sea breeze and tensioner parameters on the self-storage operation window of the riser was studied, and the influence of platform speed and sea current angle on the operation window at the time of evacuation of riser suspension was analyzed. The analysis results show that under the suspension condition, the wind speed on the sea surface has a great influence on the lateral vibration displacement of the riser, but has little influence on the stress of the riser;with the increase of air bottle pressure of the tensioner, the lateral displacement of the riser decreases, but the stress of the riser increases;with the increase of sea breeze and air bottle pressure of the tensioner, the self-storage operation window of the riser decreases;when the platform speed is greater than 0.22 m/s, with the increase of the speed, the sea current angle of the evacuation window decreases. The research conclusions provide theoretical guidance for the operation of riser suspension.
